Welcome to your Daily Awareness Practice

This is your space to slow down, get curious, and build a deeper relationship with yourself and with food, one day at a time.

The practice has three parts. Each morning you set an intention and check in with your nervous system. Each evening you reflect on your day, your food experience, and the moments that mattered. And when a craving arises, the Pause tab is there to help you get curious about what is underneath.

Start here by setting your identity words and your monthly focus. These become the foundation beneath everything else. Your identity words and monthly focus are meant to evolve, come back at the start of each month or whenever you feel ready for something new.

What is a Pause?
A Pause is a curious and compassionate response to a craving, creating space between the desire to eat and the act of eating. It is not about stopping yourself. It is about getting curious about what is underneath.
